Gilauri carries 8,000 years of winemaking forward, shaped by a singular pursuit: to express Georgia’s ancient terroir, the birthplace of wine and Vitis Vinifera, at its highest level through wines that unite heritage, biodiversity, and modern technique.

Membership is limited and aligned with production. To receive information and be considered for allocation, join The List. Details are shared with each release.

The first release will be offered beginning in 2026, with initial production of approximately 2,000 bottles. Details will be shared with members of The List.

Allocations are determined by vineyard selection and vintage conditions. This scale defines the structure of all future releases.

Shipments may be arranged to destinations in the United Kingdom, United States, European Union countries, and Switzerland.

Availability varies by location and is managed in accordance with local regulations.

Gilauri is not open to the public. Members may arrange private visits by appointment.

Elite members may request assistance with visits and itineraries in Georgia. Arrangements are handled directly and tailored to individual schedules.
